MEMBER SERVICES
Each year in the United Kingdom, around 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem. Not everyone’s problem is the same and not everyone can be helped in the same way. That is why there is a wide range of assistance available.
The Mental Health Northants Collaboration is an organisation made up of voluntary sector groups who all offer services that will help those with mental health issues.

These services are available for all age groups and can be anything from counselling and support groups to debt management and employment training.

If you are in need of assistance with your mental health, below is a guide to some of the services available and links to where you can access them. Hopefully this can help you to find a course of action that is suited specifically to your requirements.

However, there are people to talk to straight away and you can call our navigators on 0800 448 0828 for immediate assistance. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent mental health support.
