With 1to1 sessions you can look at the ‘here and now’ problems or concerns you have and focus on what can make an immediate difference to you.
This could develop into longer-term, regular and planned support that is recovery/goal-focused. Or it could introduce you to new coping strategies, such as ways mindfulness techniques and challenging negative thoughts, help you create your own plan to make healthy changes in your life, or simply give you information about other local services you can access.
