Age UK Northamptonshire
Provide wide-ranging support for older people and their families including health and wellbeing, practical and financial help, day centres, home support and end-of-life care.
Daylight Centre
Based in Wellingborough, they assist disadvantaged and vulnerable adults particularly rough sleepers, vulnerably housed, those in poverty and those who are socially isolated.
Hope Centre
Northampton based, they help people experiencing problems of disadvantage and marginalisation, including hardship, homelessness, addiction and mental health.
Kelly’s Heroes
Working countywide to offer counseling and support in suicide prevention and bereavement, providing training and raising awareness to reduce the stigma around suicide.
Kettering Mind
Providing advice and support including counselling, wellbeing courses, peer support and Crisis Cafe access to anyone in the Kettering area experiencing a mental health problem.
KidsAid
Safeguarding children; so that early-life trauma does not become a lifelong burden; through prevention, healing and empowerment for both children and their families.
Manna House Counselling Service
Manna House provide low/no cost counselling and safe spaces to talk to a professionally-trained, integrative counsellor about whatever is on your mind.

They make a positive change to the lives of carers – of which there are over 80,000 within the county – by offering a variety of services for carers and those they look after.

With two welcoming venues in Northampton, Spectrum support vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and or Mild Mental Health issues by offering work-based training.
Teamwork Trust
A day-service provider based in Corby, Kettering, and Wellingborough supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mild mental health issues through living, learning, and health activities.

Providing free and confidential support services for 11- 25-year-olds in Northamptonshire through counselling, Information, Advice & Advocacy, youth activities and wellbeing support.
Youth Works
Deliver education and support services to the young people of Northamptonshire through professional and confidential counselling, drop-ins, support services and activity groups.
Time2Talk
Offering free services such as counselling, wellbeing and drop-in help to anyone between the ages of 11-18 (up to 25 with a SEN) who lives in the Daventry District or South Northamptonshire areas.
HomeStart Daventry & South Northants
Staff and trained volunteers who work alongside parents and families to give non-judgmental, compassionate and confidential support.

Supports women and children escaping domestic abuse, offering a safe space in their refuge. They also provide therapeutic recovery programmes to help survivors to heal and move forward with their lives.
C2C Social Action
Supports adults across Northamptonshire & Milton Keynes who are involved at any stage of the criminal justice system. Helping them rebuild confidence, improve mental health & wellbeing, and overcome challenges such as trauma, addiction and homelessness to make positive contributions to their communities.

A growing charity providing an important range of support services to help improve the lives of those living with Autism Spectrum Condition and their families, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed, adult or child.

There will be someone there who can offer you help. There is no need to call, just drop in to find a safe place with hope and comfort.
